The relationship between you and us shall be that of independent contractors. Neither party will be considered an agent, employee, joint venturer, or partner of the other.                                            

As a merchant for various card associations (i.e., VISA, MasterCard, American Express, Discover ), we have  obligations we must fulfill to protect our ability to participate as a merchant in those card associations. We do not confer card association merchant status upon you, your business or website. We are the card association merchant and will be your authorized retailer or out-sourced vendor solution. We are not a merchant account provider or payment gateway.
